Junction 26 on the M6, follow signs for UpHolland, Wigan and Shevington, at the top of the slip road turn left @ lights. Follow road through Orrell for 1.5 miles, you will be now about 34 of the way up the hill at which time you should see the hotel signs on the right, if not look for MandD cleaning on the left, the turning is directly opposite and is also sign posted with Dean Wood Golf Club, we are 300 yards along the lane.
